Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Open House Studio Pro, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Open House Studio Pro is software that helps real estate professionals run open house sign-ins, follow-ups and seller reports.

2. Free trial and lifetime access

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no credit card. Lifetime access is a one-time payment in Canadian dollars with no monthly fees or automatic renewals. It covers use of the app for as long as Open House Studio Pro is offered. Refund requests can be sent to herbossyshop@gmail.com.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the guest information you collect and for following PIPEDA, provincial privacy laws, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and your real estate regulator's rules.
• Only contact guests in the ways they agreed to, and honour unsubscribe and deletion requests promptly.
• Keep your login secure and the content you add (photos, links, documents) accurate and lawful.
• Do not use the app to send spam or to collect information without a guest's knowledge.

4. Your data

You own your guest and listing information. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete leads and open houses at any time, and you may ask us to close your account and delete its records.

5. Availability

We work to keep the app available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Open House Studio Pro is not liable for indirect or lost-business damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

8. Ownership and copyright

Open House Studio Pro, including its software, design, branding, text, templates, Idea Vault content and graphics, is © 2026 Sonya Crites, Her Bossy Shop. All rights reserved. Your purchase grants a personal licence to use the app; it does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or create derivative products from the app or its content without written permission.
